WT Parker (Grantham) Ltd is a BSI Registered Company and operates a Quality Management System, which is certificated as meeting the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000.

Policy Statement

It is the corporate policy of WT Parker (Grantham) Ltd to maintain and expand its position in the markets in which it operates by ensuring it provides products and services which give customer satisfaction in the most cost-effective manner.

• In compliance with customers' specific requirements.
• In compliance with the requirements of society, namely laws, statutes, rules and regulations, codes, environmental considerations, health and safety factors and conservation of energy and materials.

To enable the Company to fulfil these requirements, it is organised so that the human, technical and administrative aspect of the business are under continuous surveillance and improvement by the application of a total quality philosophy within the framework of a documented Quality Management System which meets the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000

The ultimate authority and responsibility for ensuring the corporate policy is understood, implicated and maintained is with the WT Parker Group Board but divisional directors, managers, departmental heads, supervisors and all employees have a continuing responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction in a cost-effective manner.
