To complement the design process, we have an AutoCAD design drawing facility using the latest software. We have the necessary level of site management, skilled operatives and plant resources, to fulfil the design and build service.

Measured Term Contracts

We have the facilities and proven expertise, through a working knowledge of measured term contracting, over many years, on Ministry of Defence establishments and for Local Authorities throughout the United Kingdom.

Fixed Price Contracts

Each contract as a dedicated Project Team who's primary objective is to develope, engineer and install the required services to your initial design, specification, drawings and requirements on time and within budget.

Partnering Agreements

We are conversant with the true "open book" policy adopted with the client to achieve a value for money end result. We adopt a "partnering" system to guarantee a first class installation completed on time and within budget.
